Account does not exist

Under normal circumstances, a registered account will not show a situation where the account does not exist when logging in. Perhaps you were using "Visitor Login" before. Visitor login allows you to log in without registering an account with an email.

If there is no information (bound photo frames, photo sending records in your visitor account after logging in as a visitor, then it means you have not used the visitor account to log in before. Then you can view all the account information bound to the photo frame on the "Manage accounts" page of the photo frame and check if there is your email account. As shown in the figure.

If you do not see your email information on the "Manage account" page, you can use your email to register an account.

1) Open the Uhale APP and select "account login."

2) On the login page, select "register an account."

3) Enter your email, email verification code, password, and confirm password.

4) Once you have entered the required information, click "register" to complete the registration process.

Note: The verification code should be obtained from your email. After clicking "Send", an email containing a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email address. Please refer to the following picture for reference.

After registering and logging in to your account, you need to bind your APP account to the photo frame. Once the binding is completed, you can use the APP to send photos to the photo frame.
